1. Who can use Studio

• Care home staff with authorised accounts
• Residents' family members with private access (where enabled by the care home)
• Care home administrators managing accounts

2. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Studio only for lawful, professional, and care-related purposes
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Only access data and features you are authorised to use
• Treat resident data with respect and maintain confidentiality
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or misuse

You must not:

• Attempt to access or modify data belonging to other users or residents without permission
• Share screenshots, messages, or data externally without care home authorisation
• Upload or input any unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use Studio in any way that could disrupt, disable, or harm the platform or its security
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the platform's code or content
• Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools to access any part of the system
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliation with a care home

3. Family access

If granted access by a care home, family members may view limited, read-only updates about their relative's activities and wellbeing.

Access is:

• Resident-specific
• Controlled by the care home
• Logged and monitored
• Non-editable and not shareable without consent

4. Care home responsibilities

Care homes are responsible for:

• Managing user access and permissions
• Informing residents and families about their use of Studio
• Complying with data protection law
• Ensuring lawful and proportionate data entry

5. Data protection and privacy

Use of Studio is subject to the following legal documents:

• Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA) (for care homes)

These documents explain how we protect your personal data and your rights under UK and EU data protection laws.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Some content displayed in Studio, such as activity ideas or descriptions, may be generated using artificial intelligence tools. These tools are used to assist care home staff in planning engaging, person-centred activities.

AI-generated content:

• Is non-clinical in nature
• Is not intended to replace professional care judgment
• Should be used with staff discretion and contextual understanding

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology within Studio is owned by More Days Limited. You may not reuse or distribute it without permission.

8. Support and availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted. Support is available at talktous@moredays.co.uk.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access for misuse or breach of these Terms, or if the care home's subscription ends.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Data protection queries and privacy concerns

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all users of the Studio platform. If you have any questions about how your personal data is handled, or if you wish to raise a concern or exercise your data protection rights (such as access, rectification, or erasure), you may:

Contact your care home if you are a resident or family member, as they are the data controller of your information.
